The Italians in Bovoni hosted us for our most ambitious popup yet! We created 8 different sourdough Neapolitan pizzas with their premium ingredients, covering all the colors: white pizza with truffles, green pesto pizza, orange sauce with tuna, San Marzano red with prosciutto and fresh arugula, and Nutella with coconut for dessert. With ~400 guests, DJ beats, and The Italians' delicious wine pairings – we had an absolute blast!
After the village of Cornwall Mountain, Jamaica was destroyed, we knew we had to help. We threw our biggest beach party yet, raising funds and supplies for recovery efforts. Good pizza, good people, good cause – that's what we're about.
We put a Neapolitan sourdough twist on tacos and called them Pizzacos! Competing against 30+ restaurants, we won 2nd place for Best Dessert and 3rd place for Best Fish Taco from the judges. Together, we helped raise $100,000 USD for Nana Baby Home. Proof that amazing food brings the community together for good.
We came back even stronger! Featuring our classic Margherita and Pepperoni, plus our special Melanzana Pesto pizza. 100% sourdough Neapolitan style, unforgettable flavors, and an even bigger beach celebration with our community. The vibes were unmatched!
